If a change has been made to Fan2Band's House Rules, Fan2Band will post a notice on the website for a limited time alerting you that a change has been made. However, it is your responsibility to check the House Rules often to make sure that if they have changed you still agree to them. The House Rules will always be dated as of the day the last revision was made for your convenience. 1. Links. You should be aware that when you click on an icon (for instance to purchase a CD, book, or accessory,) you may be linked to other providers' websites for the actual sale (such as amazon.com). These websites are not under the control of Fan2Band and Fan2Band is not responsible for any content on such websites. Fan2Band is not responsible for these linked websites' privacy policies or their terms of service. Fan2Band's word to the wise is to be careful of where you go on the web and check out the terms of use and privacy policy of all the websites that you visit.

2. Age Participation. You must be 13 years of age in order to be a member of Fan2Band. In order to ensure that membership is not granted to a child, Fan2Band requires every potential member to enter his or her birth date before granting him or her membership to Fan2Band. Fan2Band does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. In the event that we are notified that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete all such information as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Etiquette. Fan2Band wants to make sure you get the respect you deserve. We want all of our members to treat each other with common courtesy so that the Fan2Band environment is enjoyable. Participants should always act in a professional manner and put their best face forward to the music community. Be advised that your account will be permanently terminated if Fan2Band believes that you are acting unprofessionally or inappropriately. Unprofessional and inappropriate behavior includes uncooperative, rude, obscene, unlawful or offensive behavior. The use of profanity, racial slurs, or sexually explicit language or behavior will not be tolerated. In addition, spammers or would be spammers are not welcome at Fan2Band. If you are suspected of being a spammer, you will be banned from the site. Please also see our Forum Etiquette.

4. Personal Information. When registering to become a Fan2Band member, you promise to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. Accurate records are tremendously important in our effort to protect your privacy and comply with the law. It is also important because it allows Fan2Band to maintain the website's originality by offering services and information that interest you.

5. Password Protection. Only Fan2Band members will have access to various artists' exclusive content and only members will be given a password to get into the site. You will choose a password so that you can access this content. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account. 6. Illegal Activities. Remember the difference between right and wrong when you are visiting Fan2Band. Fan2Band is not a place for abusive or threatening behavior, promotion of illegal activity, or invading the privacy of other members. We do not want members participating in the street team program that have illegal purposes. Transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous (untrue or damaging to others) or material that infringes the copyright or intellectual property of others will result of the prompt termination of your account and will be subject to the applicable civil and criminal penalties.

7. Content, Trademark and Copyright. The content on our web pages has been created by either Fan2Band employees, affiliates or Fan2Band members (see below). Most text, designs, and graphics seen here are protected by under US and international laws and regulations. You hereby agree not to duplicate, replicate, copy, sell or exploit, any portion of the material and/or content on this website.

Fan2Band, Fan2Band.com and all the logos and designs associated with them are trademarks or servicemarks of Fan2Band, Inc. You agree not to display or use in any manner the Fan2Band Marks without Fan2Band's prior written permission.

Fan2Band may want to use your thought provoking, insightful, witty, or wise message board posting, e-mail, uploaded photo or report content. By communicating your thoughts or uploading images or other content on the Fan2Band website, you are granting us a license to use your comments, photos or content in any way we want, anywhere and forever. Do not post materials that have been trademarked or copyrighted by anyone other than yourself or would violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights and by communicating or publishing content on the website you are representing that you have the right to do it.

Fan2Band reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you if Fan2Band learns or suspects that you have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior, if Fan2Band reasonably suspects that you are violating Fan2Band's, its affiliates', associates', licensees' or licensors' intellectual property rights or if you have otherwise violated the House Rules. Such remedies shall include, without limitation, canceling your account and its affiliate's, associates', or licensees', licensors' websites.

8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy is linked to every page so that a complete description of all of your privacy rights is accessible and convenient. Please feel free to look at them often.

9. Competitions Fan2Band often hosts Competitions. In order to register, you have to enter some personal information (such as your name, phone number, e-mail address). Please check out our Privacy Policy for details on how this information will be used. In the case of Leaderboard Competitions on Fan2Band, you may be required to accumulate unique views, unique clicks, or sales in order to be eligible for a prize. A unique view or click is defined as one view or click per one computer in a 24-hour period.

We do not tolerate cheating. If you have accumulated views, clicks or sales on any Fan2Band Leaderboard in a manner in which Fan2Band determines to be an unfair or improper method, we reserve the right to 1) disqualify you from the competition; 2) forfeit your prize(s) and/or 3) terminate your access to all or any part of the Fan2Band website, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

10. Point Accumulation and Point Store. Some teams on Fan2Band reward points for tasks completed on the website, which can then be redeemed for prizes in an online Point Store. Points are automatically rewarded and may have daily and/or monthly limits. Tasks rewarded and their point values vary from team to team. Please note that Fan2Band has the right to relinquish points from a user at any time, with or without notice, in the event that points are accumulated in an improper manner, such as not completing a task correctly or in the manner in which it was intended. In the event that you have ordered items from a Point Store and it is found that you improperly accumulated points, Fan2Band may deny prize fulfillment. Fan2Band may also choose to terminate your access to all or any part of the Fan2Band website, with or without prior notice, and without liability, for excessive misuse of point accumulation.

11. General Disclaimer. All information on this website is provided courtesy of Fan2Band. While Fan2Band makes every reasonable effort to give you accurate information, Fan2Band makes no claims, warranties, promises, or guarantees as to the accuracy, reliability, currency, adequacy or completeness of the information provided and urges you to obtain independent verification. As we mentioned previously, all inquiries, comments or other content submitted to Fan2Band become the property of Fan2Band and may be posted or published on Fan2Band's website or elsewhere.
